We’re Moving!

Over the past year we have continued to expand the clinic in an effort to meet the growing needs of our community. With these changes, and hopes for the future, it has become clear that we have outgrown our current space.

We are excited to share the news that we will be moving to a new location in 2023: 45 San Remo Drive, South Burlington, Vermont!

Our phone, email, and fax contact will remain the same. We look forward to hearing from you in the New Year!
